With the Autumn/Winter season looming comes with it the return of the ice rink in The SSE Arena, Belfast.
Belfast Giants have revealed their 2017/2018 Elite League Fixtures from some of their biggest competition and some newcomers on the list. Pretty exciting stuff, right?
The stars of the hit series Nashville turned the heat up in the SSE Arena in Belfast on Tuesday night.
Clare Bowen, Charles Esten, Chris Carmack, Jonathan Jackson, and Sam Palladio took to the stage for nearly three hours of hits from the show, their own original material and some cover hits.
The Belfast crowd were well and truly entertained throughout the night.

On tour, celebrating the 50th anniversary release of their album ‘Wild Honey,’ the iconic California band warmed up the audience with a host of all-time favorites from ‘Wouldn’t It Be Nice?’ to ‘Sloop John B’ and ‘Surfin’ USA’ before ending the concert with a flurry of fast-moving hits including ‘Good Vibrations,’ ‘Fun, Fun, Fun’ and ‘Help Me, Rhonda’ that brought an enthusiastic audience to their feet to scurry down the center aisle for a bit of boogying stage-front.

16th August 1977 was the day Elvis Presley “The King” died but he left a lasting impact on the world that went well beyond that of music.
Growing up in Belfast the music of Elvis had a profound effect on me. My mum was an avid fan, she played the music of Elvis regularly and to me that music was inspirational, it filled me with an intensity with spiritual lyrics.
Last Wednesday Olly Murs ended his UK & Ireland Tour with an electric performance at The SSE Arena, Belfast! The atmosphere in the Arena was buzzing, with over 9000 fans turning up to see him round of his tour. Fans were treated to all of his greatest hits including Wrapped Up & Dance With Me Tonight, as well as lots of new material off his new album. One thing’s for sure…Olly Murs is a true performer who knows how to put on a show for his fans – they were loving every minute of it!
It’s safe to say that Nathan Carter has achieved an unbelievable rise to fame in the past few years! He’s gone from singing in Town Halls and Hotels up and down the country, to nearly selling out The SSE Arena when he played here last Friday night.
We are delighted to announce that Jake Carter will be taking on the role of Aladdin in this year’s Panto from 14th – 27th December at The SSE Arena!
If you haven’t heard, in December we’ll be hosting The Arena’s first ever Pantomime ‘SSE Airtricity Presents The Spectacular Aladdin’!
