OTC Staff across W5, the Stena Line Belfast Giants, Odyssey Car Park and The SSE Arena, Belfast have come together to set up a fundraising initiative known as ‘1BEET’ to raise money to support local charities.
OTC Staff nominated and then voted for charities to support in 2018/19, with Air Ambulance NI and Friends of the Cancer Centre receiving the most votes.
Wendy Langham, Head of Social Affairs at Odyssey Trust said:
‘We are delighted that staff are wanting to give back to charities close to their hearts by organising and taking part in various fundraising activities.
Staff can choose to take part in an exciting calendar of events and the OTC is very proud to facilitate and support this worthwhile staff initiative.’
The first fundraising event sees two teams of staff running in the Belfast Marathon on 7 May 2018.
